I was super impressed and happy with how they handled and cared for my 5 year old daughter Lily! The hygienist was so kind and sweet! She made her so comfortable and was so gentle. The dentist was also great!! She was just as kind and gentle too and it was overall a very pleasant experience! Thank you so much!

Dr. McKenna and Shayla did such an amazing job fixing my cavity and repairing my chipped front tooth. They made the whole experience comfortable and stress free. My front tooth now matches perfectly, and I feel so much more confident with my smile now. They both took their time, explained everything, and truly cared about making sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients!

There are a multitude of issues at this place. Miscommunication or none at all- berating for bad dental hygiene or lack of empathy for bad genetics. Let me preface this as well by saying these are issues all with the main DENTISTS- the ladies running the front desks are always sweet and willing to have a conversation, and understanding. But this last appointment? Absolutely not. I came into an appointment for two fillings- they changed the plans and did three and never told me they would be working on the side of one tooth. They never molded back the bottom of a chipped tooth, just shaved the end down shorter- once again, didn't tell me. When they began drilling my main two teeth they did say they'd be working on, I wasn't properly numbed, and I felt everything throughout the appointment and was sobbing, trying to wave my hand for them to stop (as I normally communicate my plan to wave or raise my hand to stop for pain before we even begin). I was dismissed and told it was just "pressure", and my crying was ignored, a dentist walked past and shut the door. And when they finally did give me more novocaine, they gave it no time to set in and went right back to drilling. No understanding here for boundaries, dental trauma/anxiety or communication. And it sucks, because I adored the dental assistant and lady at the front desk. Never in my life did I think I was gonna have to be a Karen and leave a review, but don't EVER go here. You'll leave with more damage done than when you came in.

Very very great service and I was seen as a emergency and I was in and they took care of my problem n I'd been dealing with problems of for a couple years that a different dentist caused n made me stay away from dentist completely. I look forward to going back to this clinic. The people , staff n everyone in the EIHC both places are great n they really provide good services dentle n doctors. I am very very impressed...
