Most everything at the Iowa Eye Center is wonderful. From the courtesy of the front desk to the professionalism of the technicians to the utmost care from Dr. Privett. The only other input I would give is a sign in the waiting room asking patients to mute their phones. Doesn’t need to sound like an arcade in there :)
Fantastic experience start to finish. Called at 8am on a Monday due to metal in my eye. They were able to schedule me for an appointment the same day. Reception was welcoming and efficient, nurse was kind. Dr. Litchfield was professional and friendly. Allowed me to explain what happened and got straight to work. She removed the metal from my eye and explained how the healing process should go. Scheduled a follow-up appointment. I couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Litchfield and the rest of the staff at Iowa Eye Center.
Everything about Iowa Eye Center is positive. Dr. Puk is my doctor and he always expresses his concerns about my eye examine in a healthy and caring way. I recommend this center and doctor to all. Thank you for being there when needed.
Sara Mudd was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Her touch was soft and she carefully explained the exam as she performed it. Sara is a gem! Iowa Eye is lucky to have her on the staff. Dr. Gauger is also a great colleague. She explained my vision situation completely and offered a couple great solutions. Her manner is upbeat and confident. I left the office feeling good about my care.
I’ve been going to Dr. Muller for over 30 years. He performed my lasik surgery, which was a huge success, and my cataract surgeries, which were also successful. He thoroughly explains what he is doing and any observations and makes me feel completely at ease. His assistants are also fantastic.
