All of the employees are always super nice and polite! I've never had any problem with that part of my visit. I marked down one star because although I had this appointment scheduled for a year, it appears they did not do all the testing that they should have during my visit. I got home and received a phone call the same day about scheduling another appointment for additional tests on something that they have been monitoring for a few years. It leads me to believe that they forgot to do the testing while I was there.🤔 I'm now curious whether I will have to pay a second copay to finish my yearly exam. I thought my visit seemed a little bit shorter than usual & with fewer tests. I almost said something while I was there, but I'm not the expert. The other reason for one star off is that although I indicated on my registration & during my exam that I wanted a physical copy of my prescription so that I could keep it on hand, it was not offered to me at checkout and I forgot to ask since lots of information was thrown at me about how my eyesight has changed, drops needed, or what might need to be done in the future. Being that my eyes were dilated, I opted not to turn around and drive back upon my realization. I wish they would ask if a copy is needed at the end while they are collecting the copay. I will stop back by their office to get a physical copy, inquire about the follow-up appointment and whether I'm going to have to pay another copay. I already have difficulty making myself go to these yearly visits, so I really wish I could get everything accomplished, within reason of course, during the one visit. 🤷😜 Otherwise, I've been really happy with my experience there!
