Eddington Eyecare

I like Dr. Eddington but this past week trying to pick up my husband’s glasses has caused me to lose trust in his business. I went Friday afternoon during their posted business hours and they had a sign on the door that they were closed for lunch (even though their posted hours do not show a close for lunch)..so I go back Monday when I had time later in the afternoon still within their posted hours and they were closed with another sign on the door stating they would open the next day at 9 am. So I go back the next day at 9 am and they are still closed. Complete disrespect of your customers’ time! Business hours may as well state “open if we feel like it”. I will be finding a new eye dr for my family.

My husband and I love Dr. Eddington and his office (his staff have always been great, as well). He is kind, personal, and knowledgeable. We've been with him for years, and we will continue going to him for as long as we can.

Our family has been going to Eddington Eyecare since we moved here in 2019. We enjoy Dr. Eddington and his staff! Dr. Eddington has been especially helpful in making sure I have the correct prescription as I age, both in contacts and glasses. He is always kind and explains things in everyday terms!

Fantastic experience. My whole family switched over because we are allowed to breath freely in their office. Dr. Eddington is fun and friendly and explains everything. The office staff are competent and friendly as well. They gave me excellent customer service when my old frames got damaged while getting new lenses even though it was not their fault. I appreciate the competency and friendliness of this office. Highly recommend for all ages.

I had the best experience here and won’t be going anywhere else! There was scripture found throughout the office, the staff was so kind, and helpful. I came in with my three kids and there was a play area with toys and little chairs for them to sit in and read. They had an entire cubbie full of kids books and one of the front desk ladies even came over and played with my kids. There was a Bible on the coffee table and worship music playing. The Optometrist was so knowledgeable and kind. He was patient and explained things to me as we went through the exam. Such a great experience as a Christian & and a mama! Can’t speak highly enough of this business! They genuinely care about people and made us so comfortable!
