Jasmine worked with me from start to finish and she was wonderful. She was more than helpful, super nice and personable, and very knowledgeable-she really knows her stuff, as someone does when they enjoy their job. I only went in to get an opinion on new frames I bought from Ray-Ban online and to see how y'all will contact me when the 2nd pair arrive for me to pick up. I took a look around and she spent a lot of time with me going over different frames, verifying my insurance benefits, providing great info and tips, and just overall a great experience-like working with a friend. I ended up buying another pair and she went above and beyond to get me the best savings possible. Thank you, Jasmine!

Sebastian was awesome. He helped me choose glasses that look best on me. He explained the differences in my options for progressive lenses. Most of all he found the best deal to save me money. It was extremely busy in the store but he handled it like a pro and still gave me the attention I needed. He is the best!!

I’ve been to 3 different eye glass stores in the Springs and this is the best one I’ve been to. Everyone is so professional and sweet. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me find glasses that go with my insurance and look good on me. Jasmine has helped me with my contacts and not only is she super sweet but she’s very knowledgeable. She let me know everything down to the price that way nothing was a surprise at the end of the visit. If there was a wait in the waiting room she let me know ahead of time and was courteous enough to keep checking on me.

I bought 1 full pair and some lenses for my wife (which she loves) it wasn't cheap but for the quality I'm not complaining at all, but what really made this a 5 star was the customer service. I called back a couple of months later to understand the bill and the representative sat there with me and explained to me line by line, cost by cost on why it was that price and was extremely nice and respectful throughout it all. I think the customer service alone made up for the high cost, if your thinking about coming here I'd recommend just know it won't be the cheapest though but aye glasses are rarely ever cheap especially for quality 😅but they got alot of discounts🥳.

This was by far the best eye exam experience my husband and I have ever had! We had a gap in between our appointments and Pa Patty was super efficient getting his pre exam testing done while awaiting the arrival of the next patient scheduled in between us. Lauren helped us with our frames after our exams, and she was phenomenal!! Everyone was so friendly and we will absolutely be back next year!
