There auto motive department sucks. Scheduled an appointment for 2 new tires on 07/01/2026 at 5 pm showed up at 4:50 pm for it just to be told I had to reschedule it due to techs leaving 3 hours before… got rescheduled for 07/02/2026 at 9 am but when I woke up on 07/02/2026 at 8AM I got a text saying that was cancelled… I showed up and asked to speak to the manager. He did not help and basically said to bad so sad. I explained to him this is ridiculous. I needed them on yesterday when I originally made my appt and I get you can’t force people to show up but I would think you would know at least how to handle this professionally. Why didn’t I get a call when the techs left if you saw I had an appointment?? Why was there not “I’m sorry this happened let me try and make it up to you”??? There was nothing other than a rude manager telling me he basically doesn't know how to hire reliable employees. To keep a story short, I told him I want my tires and a refund for the payment for the installation. He said a refund isn’t something he does I need to contact Walmart corporate. That was a lie because when I called Walmart corporate they said refunds are normally through the auto motive department. I got my refund. No thanks to the manager of auto there. And I will not be returning to this Walmart for vehicle installations of any kind. I recommend going to the Firestone. Way nicer people and they are better priced for people who actually show up and do their jobs.

The Salisbury Walmart truly stands out as an exceptional shopping destination. The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find everything you need quickly. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers. The wide range of products available ensures that whether you're looking for groceries, household items, or electronics, you’ll find quality options at competitive prices. Additionally, the checkout process is usually efficient, minimizing wait times even during busy hours. Overall, Salisbury Walmart offers a convenient, pleasant, and reliable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

We had a great experience at this Walmart. The staff is usually pretty helpful but Andrew that is the greeter there is amazing. He is so nice and welcoming and is so genuine. He should be commended for doing a great job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Had a scheduled oil change and I arrived 15 minutes early. After an hour, I walked back to the auto department. Waited almost 30 minutes before the very nice gentleman at the counter finally asked if I was waiting for a vehicle, because at this time I had still not received a text. When I told him I had an appointment and the Walmart app said my service was on hold, he checked on my service. After checking, he apologized and told me the wrench needed to take the oil filter off was broken. He apologized profusely and said he was not sure why no one said anything at check-in. He did say he ordered some and that they should be in hopefully sometime this week. I cannot get mad at that gentleman as he was covering for somebody that was at lunch and he was not supposed to be back there. I am very upset that nothing was said at check in. Absolutely no communication between staff and no communication with the customers. Well I understand being short-handed puts everybody in a time crunch, I cannot fathom why I was not notified earlier. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this Walmart for any auto services in the future. Nor am I going to recommend their services.

Stopped by Optometry and found excellent service. Didn't remember her name, but she helped me decide on perfect over sunglasses. Less than half the cost of my previous pair at an independent eye doctor's shop, and better quality and fit. Then she even replaced the nose guard on my regular glasses and tightened them without charging me. Great, quick, efficient service with a 😃
