Walmart Vision Center

Greg at the Walmart Vision Center was wonderful! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service — I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him! Cindy at the Walmart Vision Center was also wonderful! She was so kind and made sure to call me back and keep me updated on my contact lens order. Her communication was excellent, and she made the whole process so easy. I really appreciated how helpful and attentive she was. Great customer service!

Michaela was very kind and patient with me as an older person. She was very kind when I needed to reschedule my appointment. Job well done.

I could call and schedule an eye exam within the same week. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I was not greeted upon arrival. Employees were sitting, and it was an awkward wait at the counter till someone finally acknowledged I was there and directed me to fill out papers and wait for the eye doctor. Additionally, some surfaces of the eye exam equipment looked dusty. Other than that, the experience was fine. Dr. Jesse Catron was very professional. The lady who assisted me in selecting and ordering my prescription glasses was very kind. In less than a week, my prescription glasses arrived for me to pick up. Again, when arriving to pick up my glasses, no one acknowledged I was there. Quite a few people were waiting in the back area as well. When a staff member finally did approach the counter, I was told to wait till she finished serving another customer. After a few minutes, I was finally acknowledged and received my prescription glasses. Other than this, Vision Center's lack of reception, being able to schedule an exam, and receive my prescription glasses all within a week is exceptional.

I first want to start off by saying Cindi really goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are well satisfied and helped. She was more than nice and was overly patient with my situation. If you want contacts or glasses ask for Cindi. :)

Cindi was truly amazing. She is extremely patient, very helpful and assisted me throughout the experience of picking out the right glasses for me - to making sure the vision insurance portion was processed perfectly. Great location and awesome experience working with Cindi. Kudos to Walmart Vision!
