I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office, especially Taylor at the front desk. She is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Every time my family needs an appointment, she goes above and beyond to help get us in as quickly as possible and makes the entire process so easy. Her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help never go unnoticed. She truly makes patients feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. We’re so grateful for everything she does, and she’s a huge reason we love coming to this office. Thank you, Taylor, for always taking such great care of us! And she’s real easy on the eyes while you’re waiting 💕

I had a great experience at Salisbury Optical. The front desk lady is incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. She always greets everyone with a bright smile and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. She’s very knowledgeable at her job and goes above and beyond to make sure whatever you need gets taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the patients and making sure everything runs smoothly. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend Salisbury Optical because of the outstanding experience she provides.

Dr. Jolley is the absolute best! He is patient and gentle. Taylor at the front desk was amazing. She walked me through the check in process and made sure I was comfortable. When I called to schedule the appointment she also walked me through what to expect and what I needed to bring. They are the greatest!
