I recently had an issue with getting new lenses installed, and while the problem actually originated with the lab, I was incredibly impressed with how the team at Chesapeake Eye Center handled everything. From the moment the issue was identified, the staff demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to customer service. They kept me informed throughout the process, coordinated a solution, and made sure everything was resolved properly. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a very positive one because of their dedication and follow-through. A huge thank you to everyone involved. It’s clear that patient care and customer satisfaction are top priorities with all the staff at Chesapeake Eye Center! I Highly recommended them!

She took the time to explain each step in a way that put my daughter at ease, and it was clear that her focus was on making sure my daughter felt comfortable and cared for. What really stood out was the way Dr. Boss listened attentively, answered questions thoroughly, and treated my daughter with respect and warmth. We have been seeing Dr. Boss for some time, and there is no one I would trust more with my daughter’s eyes. She combines professionalism with heartfelt compassion, and we are so grateful for the excellent care she provides.
