This is the only glasses place that I know where you can come order 2 pairs of glasses and get them 22 minutes later. They have GREAT prices!!! I spent only $89 on a pair of prescription, sunglasses and regular glasses!! Teresa and Robert were amazing. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
The optometrist was very delightful in the exam and made sure I was comfortable and explained what everything meant. Vincent and Simone were very helpful in true opinions of which glasses I should choose and also Vincent made sure to explain my insurance coverage and exactly what my plan was. It didn’t take long and my glasses and my sunglasses were ready to be picked up! Then before I left they made sure I put them all on and corrected any imperfections in crookedness or comfortably. I left with a smile on my face and can see better than ever !
Words cannot explain how very satisfied I am with the entire Eyemart experience. Jonelle is an experienced and knowledgeable asset to this company. I had lost my glasses, had a new Rx and made arrangements for glasses from another optical establishment. I have been waiting since 2/2/2026 and was informed on 2/20/2026 that I will have to wait until sometime next week. I now have a restriction on my license and I need glasses to drive. A visit to Eyemart and my new glasses were ready in less time than it took to eat a meal. I am so pleased!!! I will never go back to Chesapeake Eye.
My frames broke and I had the opportunity to speak with a Robert on the phone. He was very pleasant and informative when I explained my situation. After interacting with the salesperson, I felt much better when Robert took over and not only did he find me a frame to fit my lenses, he was awesome at customer service. I cannot thank him enough.
