The visit started with walking into a very lovely space with a variety of glasses displayed nicely along the walls. Then Kelly completed a few intake exams with new technology that I had never had before. I believe it was an image of my eyeball and the glaucoma test. Dr. Boss completed my eye exam. She was fantastic. She explained my vision change and how to address these changes. Finally ended with Jenny who helped me pick out my glasses. She was very knowledgeable with frame styles, lens choices, and what looked good on my face! Great experience, I will definitely go back.

From beginning to the end, customer service was excellent! The staff were attentive, professional, and encouraging. Dr. Holloway educated me on the changes with my vision in a reassuring and professional manner. I will return.

Dr. Holloway was super chill and made it feel less like a doctors appointment and more like having a buddy give you some tips. I was so happy with how the eye exam went, previous eye doctors had told me my eyes hadn’t changed but I finally felt like I wasn’t crazy here because my eyes had changed a lot and he showed me the difference and I feel like I’m seeing for the first time again.

The staff was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’d recommend Holloway Eye over Chesapeake Eye Center any day. The place is very clean and the prices are reasonable.
