Had a wonderful experience at Elements! The lobby receptionist was very welcoming as was the lobby in general. I had an early morning appointment and they were very prompt to get me in for my initial exam. During my initial exam, I had a couple tests which were easy to complete and not too invasive (particularly a VR experience that was pretty cool). Then I met with Dr Ma who was lovely, had a very easy time talking to her and getting my eyes tested. Not too long of an exam - pretty seamless throughout. And lastly, I met with one of the opticians who explained my options in a very comforting and non-pretentious way. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Just helping me get to where I needed to get to with my contacts and displaying my options in a simple, relaxed manner. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Elements was awesome.
