I’m SO happy I found Elite Eye Group! I called over four different places before finding them. Even with offices that accepted my insurance, I was still being quoted a huge out of pocket cost for a contact lens exam. Not only did Elite Eye Group have a great price point, but the entire customer/patient experience was amazing from my first phone call to walking into the office. The office itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and elegant. The doctor was amazing, and the receptionist at the front was so welcoming and helpful. You can really tell they care about the experience they give their patients. Great service, great pricing, beautiful office, and an amazing team. 10/10 — highly recommend Elite Eye Group! I’m so glad I found them!

From making the appointment over the phone as a new patient to walking out with my very first pair of glasses, my entire experience with Elite Eye Group was amazing. They were able to get me in within just 2 days, and I remember the person I spoke to on the phone was so patient, pleasant, and welcoming. The day of my appointment went so smoothly. Dr. Gates was so caring in his delivery and approach. He was thorough, open to all of my questions, and explained everything without making me feel rushed. My favorite part was picking out glasses for the first time. I expected the process to feel overwhelming because I’m so indecisive and assumed I would not find frames I prefer, but the woman helping me made it feel so easy and lighthearted. She was an amazing listener, really took into account what I wanted, and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. The entire staff and team made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

From the moment I called Elite Eye Group, everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule my appointment right away - same day! From check-in all the way to seeing the doctor, every staff member was incredibly professional and welcoming. I had a great experience from start to finish. Highly disappointed!! Received my Marc Jacobs and Gucci glasses that I purchased after my eye exam. I spent well over $1,000.00 and I'm not able to READ with neither "prescribed" glasses. According to Donna, they are only for distance!!! Outrageous! I paid for transitional from indoor to outdoor and their just like regular shades. I'm not able to read with clear vision. What's the point of ordering prescribed glasses if vision is still blurry with eyewear on. BTW luxury eyewear come in full inclusion not just a case. Taking my business somewhere else.
