First time at this establishment and I was very impressed with the customer service that I received. The optometrist was pleasant, easy to talk to and attentive. She gave me various options that aligned with my lifestyle and what I was looking for. Effie provided amazing customer service. She really stood out to me. She went above and beyond by making my eye glasses tighter and cleaning them (things she absolutely did not have to do). She offered to help me with pricing in order to get the best deal that I can with my insurance. Will definitely continue to come back. I also love that they are hosting their first trunk show.

Dr. Ram and Effie are AMAZING. Dr. Ram is very direct and efficient with her appointments. She answers ALL my questions. Effie is so nice and will educate at every step in the process. She had to jump through hoops to get me my frames and I couldn’t be more grateful. Literally the best doctors I’ve ever had in NJ for ANY type of care
