I thought Americas Best was top tier. I was referred out by Community Care through the VA. First off, I missed an appointment due to an exam. When I called to reschedule they immediately did. When I went in for my appointment the staff were absolutely a joy. I felt very welcomed. The waiting area is open and very comfortable especially since the AC was on :-) I did not wait more than five minutes. Someone took me to do some testing which was quick and painless. The optometrist took his time and explained everything that was occurring to me. He made me feel at ease. Once completed I was shown the selection of glasses. I chose my glasses and the lady that handles that walked me through everything to get them ordered. She definitely seemed like she enjoys what she days. Thank you for that. I've checked on tracking the glasses and she's been incredible. I highly recommend this place. It's quick, streamlined, and drama free 😆

Dr. Popowski and her team were amazing! It was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff member who helped me choose my frames was also incredibly kind and patient. Highly recommend!

I switched to Elite vision and Dr. Popowski about 2.5 years ago and wish I’d switched much sooner. The staff is always friendly and calming, and Dr. Popowski is thorough and kind but also provides more education and insight than any previous eye doctor I’ve ever had. He also is aware of medical and genetic issues that could cause an issue and keeps them on his radar. Today they were short staffed due to illness but everyone was still patient and kind. It’s a great place and I highly recommend them.

The exam was thorough, and I appreciated how smoothly everything moved from check‑in to checkout. The selection of frames was solid, and the team was helpful during the fitting process.
