Dr. Nina Pakzad is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. She takes her time to explain everything clearly, never rushing through appointments, and always makes sure you feel comfortable with your care plan. What really stands out is her compassion and attention to detail. She listens closely, answers every question thoroughly, and approaches each patient with both professionalism and kindness. You can tell she truly cares about her patients’ well-being, not just treating symptoms but looking at the whole person. Her staff is also warm and efficient, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always leave feeling confident that I’m in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Pakzad to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate physician.

I would like to thank the entire team at Elite Vision Care—Tai, Dr. Nina, Carol, and Taz—for their exceptional care. From start to finish, the process was smooth, enjoyable, and informative. I truly appreciated the time Dr. Nina took to ensure my current prescription was as precise as possible. She also recommended glasses with a focused lens for small, fine print, which has been life‑changing for my computer‑based work. I absolutely love the glasses I have now and will definitely continue coming in for my annual checkups with this team. The turnaround time for my glasses was quick, and the office itself was professional, easy to find, and equipped with the latest technology. The team's compassion, communication, and expertise are why I would recommend them to any of my friends and family! Thank you guys, so so much for such a pleasant experience!! :)

They were the best in town. My 79 year old mom would get orchids when she gets in. They seem to have been bought out. They have a new Doctor. My mom and I had a traumatic experience. The doctor was screaming at me for asking her to slow down so I could translate for my mom. She started going on about immigration and her grandma having been an immigrant as well. She told me I came in heated because I asked the front desk how long it would take. She refused to do the test, left us in the room while pacing in the hallway and screaming at us through the open door. She was accusing the Doctor that did my mom s cataract surgery of malpractice because my mom s vision was worse after surgery. I was left confused. I asked my son who was in the Lobby if he could hear her screaming and he told me yes. So both my mom and 11 year old son had to witness me undergo that level of disrespect. I am not upset but I am disappointed to have to take my mom somewhere else. I went back next day to speak to a manager. The manager lady in the front was very nice and later she explained to me that they needed her chart. She share that the doctor was concerned for my mom s eyes. Which I appreciate but I wish she had expressed herself in a more professional caring way. I will not take my mom and my son there anymore. It really sucks to have to start over with a different facility

Today I had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Nina and her staff, Carol, Tai, Taz and Nneka. What a wonderful team, very personable and friendly and the doctor is so knowledgeable and caring, one of the best I've been to in a long time! I highly recommend.

Very displeased from the staff wanting to assist my 81 year old Father, for being a few minutes late. I apologized and asked if an exception could be made and the rudeness from both young ladies in the lobby, showed me that clearly they are insensitive to the elderly. The doctor seems to be patient and nice!
