I came from a huge practice that pushed me through like cattle and tried to sell me everything but their doctors were so friendly and outgoing. Dr. Hixenbaugh office at lenscrafters got me in and out, no problem. His staff was much more warm and welcoming than last year. Dr. Hixenbaugh is very professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking for someone with a good personality, he's not it. He comes off standoffish and condescending. I was raised by a Marine so I'm used to that kind of personality I highly recommend . In and out , professional service.

They processed me for my appointment as soon as I arrived, even though I arrived early. I had a very thorough pre-exam, they evaluated my current prescription, and then a detail exam by the doctor. They showed me my previous prescription, and a recommended prescription. The doctor took the time to share with me his recommendations, and then helped me decide the best solution. Well done, and great experience all around.

My exam was with Dr. Jennie Cho. She is wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She takes her time and listens and is so understanding and friendly. She’s just a lovely person and an excellent doctor.

I always have a great experience at this office. The nurses and friendly, quick and very accommodating. The doctor always explains everything in great detail and spends as much time as it takes to make me understand my eye health.
