The atmosphere was unpleasant, and I felt like I was a bother to them. I had my eye exam, but received little help picking out frames other than how much they cost. When the new glasses came in, I couldn’t even see out of them. They made me feel like it was my fault. The glasses were sent back to be fixed. Weeks later, I picked them up, but they still weren’t right. Again, I received no help adjusting the frames—just a vague “What do you think?” I decided to give them some time, thinking maybe I just needed to adjust, but they never got better. I took them back again and was told it had been too long since the original purchase, even though they were sent away for weeks the first time they didn’t work. I would not recommend this place and will not be going back. I’ve been wearing glasses for more than 40 years. These were the most expensive—and the worst—I’ve ever had. I’ve gone back to my old, scratched glasses until I can afford to see a different eye doctor.
