This office and ALL of the staff are absolutely wonderful!! They get you in quick, Dr.Samu is thorough, pays attention to detail and is just so very pleasant to have working on you and the rest of the staff are so friendly!! They're all so helpful in finding the right frames that flatter your face. Also it's very clean and organized. 10 out of 10 recommend these fine folks 👍🏽👍🏽
I had my eyes examined by Dr Samu and although she and her staff were nice I feel they are incompetent. The doctor could not figure out my prescription. She had to call my previous optometrist. When I had a serious problem caused from her exam she could not be reached. After 6 days she returned my call and never asked about my eyes. She just said my problem is not her fault. I have since had to pay to see another optometrist and then an ophthalmologist. My eye problem is slowly improving but I am unable to return to work until this can be cleared up. I would never recommend anyone go to Cheboygan MI Walmart eyecare.
I experienced GREAT service from several folks here... Sherri- friendly and helpful, a real life saver! Heather-glasses fitting made simple. Dr- made me feel at ease. Explained every part of the process. Linda- made sure I felt comfortable, was always professional. My glasses did take forever to come in but the people there went out of their way to make sure I could still see while I was waiting. People who care, that's why I will come back to the vision center in Cheboygan.
GENIUS! After many, many years of paying for exams and buying contacts from other places, I decided to try Dr. Julie Samu-Shouldice at the Walmart Cheboygan location. To say I was impressed is in understatement! She corrected things with my prescription that other Drs have missed completely. For the first time in 15 years, my vision is clear and sharp. (close up AND far away!) I am 59 years old. Which is a challenge in and of it's self. =] Not only that, but she took time with me explaining everything. A true gift to our area!
Always very helpful and friendly. Prices are good and the Dr is very educated and so pleasant 😊 I have been going there a few years and will continue.
