The Monday doctor & girls at front desk were extremely nice and helpful Doctor really gave me a great eye exam. Not rushed. I highly recommend! And eyeglass counter was a great experience too. Everyone very nice. I ordered glasses also, highly recommend

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during the exam, and the staff were just as professional and helpful. From start to finish, the entire visit was pleasant and stress-free. Love my new Gucci frames!! Highly recommend!

I've been to many eye centers but I must say Eltingville Eye Center is EXCEPTIONAL! I was having an issue with my eye and called in a panic if the doctor would be able to see me. They were so accommodating. Told me to come in the very same day. Dr. Anna Marie Fernandez is phenomenal. She immediately put me at ease. She performed such a thorough eye exam whilst listening to my concerns patiently addressing each and every question. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. You don't feel rushed and she actually cares. She explained the issue I was having with my eyes and gave me clear instructions as how to resolve it. After exam I went to pick out eyeglass frames from a wide selection. Madison was so helpful and patient throughout the entire appointment from eye exam to helping me pick out the perfect pair of frames. Again they don't rush you. They went above and beyond very grateful to have found this eye center! Thank you and coming back soon for my sunglasses.

My daughter had her first optometrist appointment today. The staff was absolutely wonderful so patient and understanding. Since my daughter is on the spectrum, she had a very difficult time with the pre-testing screening machines. They kindly offered her a treat and even a craft activity to help calm her, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to sit still long enough to complete the testing accurately. The office itself is very clean and well-organized, and I’m truly grateful for how supportive and accommodating the staff was throughout the visit.
