I recently visited Dr. Tran Nguyen for a yearly exam. I was charged an additional office visit for the Exam. I Would think that a yearly eye exam would cover an office visit when I inquired about the additional charge.I was told it was because she gave me eye drops to try to correct my vision.She spoke nothing of this when she asked me if I'd like to try a sample. I have always been treated by a doctor whose first priority is the health of my eyes. That is not what I felt i received. Doctors take oaths to care for their patients first above all else. I do not understand her practice. You don't prescribe somebody a prescription when you don't know if that product will benefit their patient. I hope this review will encourage you to ask more questions if you see this doctor. Very disappointed in her commitment to me as a patient.

Dr Tran was extremely knowledgeable for my situation. She explained things thoroughly. She gave me more options and wasn’t just there to make a lot of money off me by doing something or getting me to purchase something that was not going to help me. I highly recommend her as a most caring and helpful eye Dr I have found in the entire area. And her staff are very pleasant and helpful

I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to thank Dr. Kelly Dr. Katelyn and their wonderful staff for being so kind and patient today with my little boy! His first eye exam and I know it was scary for him especially having a speech delay but y’all did wonderfully. From giving him little stickers and letting him know he accomplished through each step thank you so much !

Dr Tran-Nguyen is really personable and professional. Made the health of my eyes a priority and got me into a more comfortable contact lens. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

I am very happy with the service I received at Transvision Optical. From the first phone call to schedule my appointment to my visit with Dr Bisignano, everything was wonderful. I was able to schedule an appointment as I was driving to the location and was seen almost immediately after arriving. Each staff member was helpful, friendly, and professional. Dr. Bisignano explained my vision problems in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I’m so grateful for the excellent service I received and look forward to my next appointment.
