It’s been a while since I had to pick out glasses and usually I have one or both of my daughters with me. The ladies here were so helpful and honest with me, which is what I really appreciated. She explained everything to me, including the breakdown and the cost. I highly recommend them.

My experience with customer service was excellent. I do wish there was more of a selection in petite styles as most glasses are too large for me. That being said, when I needed to return my glasses and choose another pair the process was cheerful and hassle free. Thank you Visionworks.
I highly recommend Visionworks Victoria Mall to anyone. First time going there and have to say they are very attentive & friendly. I told the sales lady what type of frames I was looking for and she actually pulled quite a few frames out and they were exactly what I was looking for. Also I loved that the office for the eye exam was literally right next door.
Sylvia has been working at the Victoria location for many years and is very knowledgeable. She's able to answer questions about your prescription and assist in frame selection without high sales pressure.
