Been coming here for a the past years. I like that I am able to get my glasses in 30 minutes to an hour. Marisa was very helpful with explaining how much of a discount I was able to get. She was very helpful in helping with finding a frame and style and explained the difference between the lenses that I was able to pick out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Marisa was wonderful and extremely helpful helping me choose my first ever pair of glasses, she made the worry of choice melt away. The guy who made my glasses Cale, not only did a great job making the glasses but also went out of his way to help me adjust the ear parts so they didn’t slip down. Those two are keepers and a perfect one two combo for a great experience.

I purchased two pairs of frames from this business and had my prescription lenses put into both. Recently, I went in and politely asked if they could verify the prescriptions in my glasses because I felt something was off and my vision did not seem correct. Unfortunately, Liz and another employee were extremely rude and dismissive. They told me they could not check the prescriptions for me, which I now understand may have been because they did not want to acknowledge the issue. After spending a significant amount of money with this business, I was shocked by the way I was treated. Because I was concerned about my vision, I went to another optical provider and asked them to check both pairs of glasses. To my disbelief, they discovered that the wrong prescription lenses had been placed in my glasses. This explains the blurry vision, discomfort, and headaches I have been experiencing. I am incredibly frustrated that I trusted this business with my eyewear needs only to end up with incorrect lenses and poor customer service. Even more disappointing was the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I encountered when I simply asked for assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and will not be returning. Customers deserve accurate products, accountability when mistakes are made, and respectful treatment. The behavior displayed by the employees I dealt with was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business as a whole.

The associate that helped me pick out my frames was spectacular! The associate that helped me fit my new glasses was outstanding as well. I even got to meet the manager who was really kind! Definitely a 5 star experience at Eyemart Express in Victoria. Will happily return

I had a really good experience here. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful, and they care about the glasses you’re looking for. One of the staff members helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I actually really like! And getting the glasses the same day?? So unheard of. That was the first time for me. This place was great!
