Dr Tran and all the staff are professional and courteous. They make me feel comfortable. I feel they are truly concerned about giving the best service and making me happy.

Staff and doctors are very friendly and know their business. I've been going for several years and only had one issue but they were very nice and corrected it. They are very thorough in their examinations. I highly recommend vision source.

I had a very bad experience at this place. I came in because my eyes were hurting badly, and after the visit my eyes developed an allergic reaction with swelling. I was told I would be given a prescription steroid to help reduce the swelling, but it was never provided. Before leaving, I reminded the technician twice, but my request was ignored. Instead, they tried to sell me “dry eye drops” at an extremely high price, even though my issue was an allergy, not dry eyes. I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I would not recommend this place.

My wife had an appointment and was prescribed glasses- the wait was supposed to be 6 to 11 days...After which time there was no glasses, and no explanation of when they would be in -- after several weeks and phone calls - still no glasses...We went to pick up the glasses and the office Manager Erica said they were not there and she had no explanation of when or why they were delayed-- it was only after a call to Corporate that she was able to " suddenly" find the glasses... I myself and my wife have been patients here but will no longer use this office and I suggest no one else does either as the manager was very disrespectful and rude...

I really wanted to give this place a high rating because Dr. Dang was wonderful and able to correct my contact lens prescription. I wear toric, multi-focal contacts and thought I would have to give up on wearing contacts. However, the staff all SEEM nice but could not/did not produce an itemized receipt after my appointment. I called the next morning and was told the doctor hadn't signed either my spectacle or contact lens my prescriptions yet (Texas State Law section Sec. 351. 365 state it should be released immediately unless Doctor thinks a follow-up visit is needed or didn't pay.). During my exam the Doctor believed a follow-up was required The doctor said during my visit she'd finalize my prescription since she had trials for my new script and the same brand I currently wore. The staff sent me an email with NO attachment 24hours later. So, while I did receive my spectacle prescription (after asking my insurance to help) I still haven't received my contact lens prescription. I happily purchased my glasses and contacts from them so I don't understand why it's so difficult to get my contact lens prescription. Something seems amiss.
