Very nice experience! The doctor who saw me was amazing, such a nice gentlemen. He was easy to work with and seemed to actually care. The front desk staff as well as the young lady who assisted in the back were awesome as well, even with a full lobby. Only issue, which is big but didn’t want to knock stars down because of it, was being charged $25 for having to reschedule. Wife and I went in yesterday with appointments and were there early, desk could not find member information for insurance and because of the amount of people in the lobby just came out and told us we would have to reschedule my appointment. This was at 2:22pm for my 2:30pm appointment. Called later to reschedule and she told wife, “Oh, there he is! I see him now!” So paying the $25 to reschedule was, to me, a terrible thing to have to do for something that we had no control over. There was no, “We can see you and you pay out of pocket if we can’t find before you are done.” option or anything, just that I had to reschedule. I wasn’t going to say anything, and didn’t make a deal of it when I paid but since I was sent the link to leave a review I wanted to at least be honest.
