Monica helped me pick out my glasses and she really went above and beyond helping me! I am very indecisive and was looking for something new, Monica hit it right out of the park helping me find the perfect pair of glasses! I absolutely will continue to come here to pick out my frames each year! Picking up my glasses Jocelyn helped me and it was again a very positive experience! I am lucky to be helped by such wonderful staff!

Professional and friendly services. I walked in on a Friday morning with prescription and insurance ready to get a new pair of glasses. Everything was settled in less than an hour with the assistance from Jocelyn. She offered huge help when it comes to frame selection. And she elaborated the price details with insurance coverage clearly. Great experiences.

Greeted at the door, my needs were taken care of in five minutes. Incredible service as they are replacing my glasses at no charge. I’m ready to buy them all lunch.

Service was good only thing is their eyewear not too many options and they do not wear to use safety nor sport glasses we have to go and provide glasses so they can get send off w prescription for that case I go to another optical that provides sportswear

I have been getting my prescriptions filled for glasses there for years. I have always received exllent service and quality products. 👌 My last experience has to be mind blowing 🤯. Apparently my prescription has changed possibly due to my diabetes and high blood pressure. After about 4-6 months of original prescription filled they are redoing the prescription at no charge. God bless TSO. I didn't know how I was going to be able to pay for them before I walked in the door with my new prescription. Thank you and all staff at TSO. Robert Stirneman 👍
