I needed some items for class (like medical scrubs) and was in a hurry. I bugged a few employees who were restocking with directional questions. They were friendly, helpful and pointed me perfectly on my way right to it! Most impressed by the self-checkout overseer who instantly came to my aid when my card's chip got an error. Thanks!

I visited the Olathe optical shop on Sunday, April 18 to buy a pair of sunglasses. Although the sign said a maximum of 8 customers allowed in at a time, and there was only one customer already there, the employee refused to initially let me in. I had a mask on and politely answered all of the Covid questions. The employee was very rude, rolling her eyes when I asked a question and yelling from across the room. This was NOT a good experience.

Got my eyeglasses filled there and started getting headaches. Come to find out, they filled the prescription wrong and because it was more than 60 days, too bad, so bad. $400 down the drain - sad.

This used to be a great place to go but now the 4 employees, including the manager, are difficult to work with. They will really you ito of buying glasses to avoid work. Complaints are argued with! Too bad, I'm heading over to Hwy 7.

This lady was awful. Up charge on everything she “deemed mandatory” also didn’t want to give me a copy of my prescriptions that I’d just paid for!!! Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere!! See a REAL eye doctor.
