Reed Family Vision

I had a very positive experience at Reed Family Vision. I was hoping to find a friendlier staff than at my previous office and that hope was met. Dr. Reed is professional and confident, communicating clearly what the results of the visual exam were. He made sure I had all my questions answered. Jessica was also professional and confident, and she helped me find frames for my new glasses. When I got the new glasses, she checked the fit and invited me to come back anytime I felt an adjustment might be necessary. I was also given a gift bag which contained the case for my glasses, a polishing cloth, cleaning spray, a package of tissues in a cloth cover, and a piece of chocolate! Very nice! I will definitely return for my next exam and I will recommend this office to my friends and family! Thank you, Dr. Reed and Jessica.

I had a great experience today seeing Dr. Reed. I have had glasses for most of my life and have been to several eye doctors through the years. I will say that this clinic provided the fastest service I have ever gotten. I was in and out in about 25 minutes and Dr. Reed was very thorough. He explained everything he was doing during the appointment and then went on to explain the photos of my eyes and my prescription. I will continue to visit this clinic and was very pleased with their services.

Update: The practice responded to this review and said they'd reach out......they didn't. Not surprised. I decided to go from a corporate ran eye center to a small business but was so disappointed. Apparently the retinal imaging is not optional at this office as it is a any other eye office I have visited. They do not notify you of this prior to or during appointment and it is not posted anywhere in the office. So when my 19yo came in on her own for her first ever visit, they completely took advantage of her. Instead of a $10 copay, they made her pay $40. When I called the inquire, the young lady said 'it's not optional in our office and we don't have it posted anywhere to notify patients.' Such a shame because I wanted to support local but we won't be back and I definitely won't be referring this office.

Dr Reed very professional, accurate and polite. I have been going to him for 5 yrs now and will continue.Dr Reed does a very thorough eye exam let me everything he is looking for and test that are done!

Curts & Reed was recommended to me and I'm glad I took that recommendation! Dr. Curts did a fantastic job, not just checking my eyes, but explaining and educating me about the entire eye exam and my eye health. She was so pleasant and even recommended a pair of frames I absolutely love!
