Envision Eye Care in Gray, TN is great!! Dr. Tanisha Perlmutter is a wonderful Optometrist, she is so friendly, very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. The entire staff from the front office, and all of the assistants are very kind, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. It is so easy to make an appointment and/or a follow-up visit with them. They make it a pleasure to come for your eye appointments and you can leave feeling good and confident about your vision exam and their care, recommendations and your results. Great job to the Envision Eye Care Doctor and all Staff!! Good people!!

Great experience from start to finish. The staff is approachable and kind. Kay was thorough with the exams and accommodating. Tanisha was pleasant and to the point. Enjoyed my time with the both of them. Definitely glad I came here! Even for self pay it was actually affordable at about $134 I think. Love that! Here for it!

Dr. Perlmutter is the best optometrist I’ve been too! She’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and super friendly! The entire staff are all very kind and helpful throughout the visit! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new optometrist or in need of an eye exam.

A very comprehensive eye exam. The assistant and Dr thoroughly explained the process and results. The use of technology made the experience exceptional. Samantha helped me with my glasses choice and worked through all my questions and concerns. Staff are very friendly! A+++

I just wanted to let everyone know that when I visited Gray, eye doctor,with my daughter we were empressed with the kindness that we received from those who worked there. They were very friendly and supportive in getting me through the process of checking my eyes.
