I've been coming to McMillin for years and they have always been professional and friendly. They are helpful and never pushy. Cham started me off with my care and Billy has taken over and my care never missed a beat. I would highly recommend them.

Dt Cham McMillan has been my eye doctor for many years. I am now and have always been above pleased. His staff are always professional, attentive to the patients and they make every visit a pleasant experience. Dr Cham is top notch. It was the worst experience I've ever had. Everyone was really nice but: 1 the eye doctor we originally scheduled with was not the one that saw us and we were never informed. 2 they dilated my eyes before finding my prescription which makes everything blurry and said the prescription i needed was so small that insurance would hardly pay for it so then they said they changed the prescription for insurance purposes but if I don't need glasses just tell me I don't need glasses instead of hurting my eyes with a prescription I don't need. 3 I have previous eye injuries and they said they took a look but never really adressed it. And with that being said: 4 my wife and I already had frames so why were lenses over $200 by themselves. Not to mention they really pushed these new lenses on us that we were told would not be covered by insurance but not told until the end that they were $700 pay up front for everything.

I would give the overall impression experience 10 stars if I could. The staff is welcoming right away, the visit never felt rushed, and they explained everything to me each step of the way. Will be a long time patient here.
