1st i will say Ms.Elizabeth is very good with children! However regarding payment (I have had 3 mishaps with them over the last 2 years) They are misleading. When I found out I would be losing my medicaid I got in and had all my appointments done, order and paid for contacts and glasses to get me through, before change in insurance. However I was then contacted, prompted I was due for my diabetic eye exam (not glasses or contacts). I asked if it was medical they said yes and at Check in and check out if I would owe/ or owed anything and was told"nope I see nothing". I specifically said I didn't want any services that weren't covered wh3n the appointmentwas made and when I got there- I DIDNT NEED ANYTHING!. They billed for an office consult I had to end up paying for. I would have waited until after my out of pocket max (less than a month later) was reach to go if I needed or knew. Staff has treated me with respect in person and the office flow is good. Not a lot of selection on glasse, especially for those with medicaid and they really care about sales! I didnt want unneeded services so they get payment for a "consultation " ....which for me was "everything looks the same that's good"? Not being mean-check my reviews 98% are positive just honest so people are prepared. THUS FAR WITH MY SON -tHEY HAVE DONE WELL, but that's 1 visit and I refused anything than the basic medicaid glasses for him (hopeful st.jude will work with him on some that work around his hearing aids. Will find out this week at Check up but doubt it as he's no longer on active treatment

Everyone I interacted with in anyway was extremely professional, friendly, even happy! They explained each step throughly. Loved Dr Sykes - he explained what he was doing, what he found and even why certain treatments might be better than others for me personally. The optician (I am sorry, I cannot remember her name), made shopping for the right glasses fun. I never thought getting an eye exam could be that enjoyable! I highly recommend.
Amazing people very friendly and iam so glad they took care of me and helping me get a pair of glasses as well
I interacted with several team members throughout my visit. I will say that Elizabeth and Kara were nothing short of amazing and Dr Rasnick was outstanding
I had a good experience at envision eye care. They took me in for my appointment right on time, there was no waiting. I feel like I got a thorough examination. Dr. Rasnick reviewed and explained the results of my tests with me The front desk was very efficient and ordered the contact lenses for me.
