I’ve lived in Durango for 16 years, and have had mixed experiences with other optometrists in town…but my visit today with Dr. Arneson was refreshingly superb. She’s an attentive listener, very knowledgeable in all aspects of the eye (including my hard lenses), has state of the art equipment, and a helpful staff. I highly recommend Envision!
My experience today was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and informative and the doctor was super helpful and very thorough. I am very grateful for coming here and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing any sort of help with their eyes. They also got me on the schedule quickly.
Dr. Arneson is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Quick to diagnose and take action. Runs the office on time. All of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
This was the best experience I have ever had. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help me find frames, even ordering several styles for me to choose from. Dr. Arneson spent so much time with me, really explaining everything in detail. I have struggled with dry eyes and eyelid irritation for years and have never been helped by previous optometrists. Finally I am getting some relief! I highly recommend this practice!
