They generally do a great job but on two separate occasions they have left me sitting for 15 - 20 mins in a room alone waiting a doctor. My wife just went in today and they did exactly the same thing. It’s really weird to just sit there in a quiet room waiting and not knowing how long you will be there for. I would have thought they could organise the scheduling better.

I took my grandmother to Envision today because they are the closest eye clinic that will accept her insurance. They did amazing with her. She is extremely hard of hearing, but they worked with her to accommodate any communication they needed with her during her exam. She absolutely loved the experience she had with them. I am so glad she loved them!

best experience i've ever had at the eye doctor! the staff is very kind and helpful and my exam was very thorough. i would definitely recommend envision eyecare.
