I myself love Dr. Sands but the staff is horrible i was asked today to look up my own benefits from my card and bring them with me from front dest Deloris, i had to pay cash the last time i was there because they did not wont to do there job and look up my benefits from my card that i gave them at time of visit! So they have lost me and my family as pt i will be taking them to a different office!!!

I am very pleased with Dr.Sands and his kind staff .Dr Sands has been my eye doctor a few years now .He got my prescription right for the first time ever in all my many years of wearing glasses ! Dr.Sands saw my little seven year old granddaughter recently as well . Very coertious staff, extremely helpful,very knowledgeable about their product and services. Very low wait times and communicate very well what you should and should not expect. Their optometrist has to be one of the best I have ever seen. I would recommend this business and staff 10 out of 10 times.
