I can't say enough about what an amazing experience I had as a new patient. This office is stylish, comfortable, and clean. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm enthusiasm, the technician got me walked through all of the diagnostics, and I am so thankful for Dr. Dell to have taken his time with me for the eye exam. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. The process for picking out my classes was fantastic. There again everyone was so accommodating to my inquiries. I have no problem recommending Epic Optical, Dr. Dell and his entire team.

I have been going to Dr. Carkner for about 4 years now. They are always incredibly fast and efficient and take great care with their patients! The setting doesn’t feel ostracizing the way many dr. offices do, but instead feels warm, welcoming, and classy. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new optician!
Everyone is so nice here. I see Dr Dell and I will be going back. Angie helped with my glasses and I had an issue at first, she was right on top of it and told me if I continue to have issues to come back and they would keep troubleshooting till I was happy.
Terrible! The downtown location has the rudest receptionist I’ve ever met. In fact all 3 of the people sitting at the front desk when you walkin for an appointment are rude and completely ignore you. Lost my business and I won’t be back. The frames are way overpriced as well. It was better when it was owned by Dr. Tony Leach.
An out of towner was SAVED by this office! We showed up to play a sport with a ripped contact. No back ups! Yikes!! Thankfully, a quick phone call, 5 min drive, the office hooked us right up! We had a current RX copy as well, but thankful for this office and their very kind crew!
