Scenic City Eye Care is DELIGHTFUL from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind and personable. Dr. Bohrman is professional and attentive, taking the time to truly listen and present several thoughtful options for my eye care plan. The office itself is quiet (great for sensory sensitives), immaculate and—a personal favorite detail—smells like a spa. There was no up-charging, no pressure to purchase glasses on the spot and my prescription was handed to me promptly at the end of my visit to take wherever I chose. I did opt to purchase through them, and the staff was wonderful in helping me select from their impressive frame selection while transparently walking me through pricing. It was a seamless, pressure-free experience throughout. Fantastic eye care! I have been a patient here since 2016. Dr. Bohrman and his staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone is efficient, but yet I never feel rushed and I don't feel as though they are ever trying to push me to buy unnecessary items. My appointment is always on time and finishes at exactly the time intended. The clinic is clean and stylish. They have a good variety of glasses in stock and I love that they will ship my contacts to me so I do not have to return to pick them up!! They appear to have a good variety of special lenses for contact wearers. I highly recommend Scenic City Eye Care for all your eye needs!
