I saw the doctor for my yearly eye exam and she was amazing. I had to bring my two young children with me to the appointment and all the staff was kind and sweet to my kids. I also bought two pairs of prescription sunglasses. Steven was a life saver with his attention to detail and responsiveness. I enjoyed working with him and am thankful for help throughout the whole process! Thank you to all!

Had a fantastic experience today at InFocus Eyecare. They provide a professional atmosphere with high quality employees. Dr Laney is incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and is able to communicate her findings in a very relatable manner and terms I could understand. Purchasing new eyeglasses is always a bit of a chore for me. It didn’t feel that way at all with their Sales Associate Steven Staten helping me out. He is so incredibly welcoming, helpful and reassuring. He turned this into a fun experience for me, and he did this while ensuring I received the largest discounts possible. He taught me how to determine a proper fit. Never has someone taken the time to help me in that manner before. I’m incredibly pleased with this office. It was my first time there, and I will most certainly be utilizing their services going forward. Highly recommend.

The staff and doctor at InFocus were extremely helpful today. Dr. Laney spent a lot of time with me to figure out a new prescription and new type of contacts I needed after listening to my specific needs. Erica and Steven were both very patient with me as I tried on many pairs of glasses to choose a new pair. They were also extremely helpful with discussing my options when it came time to pay. I’ve been going to this office for several years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had to date!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now, the entirety of the time I’ve lived in Chattanooga. They were my go to when I lived downtown and now that I’m in Hixson, I make the drive down just for them. They are always friendly and knowledgeable, it’s truly like having your friends do your eye appointments! Will always recommend them.

Shoutout to Steven Staten, one of the Optical Sales Associates. I had a really good experience with the eye doctor, but Steven helped me pick out frames/lenses that fit my face. He was also so polite, helpful, and gave me options. I did not feel like a burden, which sadly, many businesses these days make you feel that way. Because of people like Steven, I will continue coming to this location!
