Excellent service Appointment was prompt (No waiting). The staff is very polite and dedicated to my needs. The optometrist is very nice and done a great job with the correct prescription of my glasses. They called the day my new glasses arrived and the quality of the lenses are the best I have had. That means a lot considering some of the budget practices do not provide good lenses. The charges are very reasonable. Thanks to all at Erwin Eye Care for the Fantastic Service!

Thanks to Dr Rabon and all the folks at Erwin I Care I now have a new pair of glasses that fit, and I can see a hair on a gnat's back at 100 paces. They also honored my VSP insurance so I didn't have to pay an arm&leg.

An absolute wonderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Just an all around good experience every time. Dr. Robon is really good about keeping a check on my eyes due to health issues and meds I take. I moved to Kingsport a few years ago and I will always come back to Erwin Eye Care wherever I go!
