Got the worst glasses they don't stay on, the lady is never available to help. The doctor was helpfull and took her time. This other ladv was kind of unprofessional and was getting mad at me because of my work schedule not being able to comply with hers I wish I could have iust ordered with the doctor because she listens to me.
10/10. Highest recommendation. If you’re in the area, there’s no reason to travel for your eye care. We recently moved to Boring. I just had my initial appointment with Dr. Kang and she’s excellent. I have a unique eyesight situation and I really appreciated that she took a ton of time to get to know me and my day-to-day routine so she could tailor her recommendation accordingly. I expected a shift in my prescription but I got something even better: Excellent advice and education and a few different options to try out over the next few weeks to see what works best for me. The rest of the administrative process of transitioning to a new provider was super easy too. We don’t have eye insurance but I found the rates very reasonable. Thanks Estacada Eyecare for being so welcoming.
I really appreciate Dr.Kang's attention to detail. She explains things thoroughly and takes her time during appointments. I've had great experiences with all the staff at her practice.
Daughter had something in her eye, very painful. We showed up just before opening this morning and they took her right in and took care of her. She wasn't even a regular patient. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'm impressed with this local business.
I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. Michelle was absolutely the sweetest while setting up my appointment and helping me pick out frames. Sydney was also so sweet when I went to pick my frames and lenses up. Dr. Kang was so professional and thorough. I’ve never had an optometrist be so patient and take the time to dial in my correct eye care needs. It feels so good to be in my correct frames and lenses. Cannot recommend this office enough.
