I must say, that was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. I am extremely happy with how intense and focused Dr. Brenda was with my eye exam. I will update this review once I have received my eye glasses. At this point, I am a very satisfied customer, the ladies in the reception were extremely helpful and informative and guided me through the entire process of purchasing, explaining every detail regarding what insurance will cover.

I'm very disappointed in how they have their office ladies/girls run things.I received a call this morning asking if I'm still making it to my daughter's appointment tomorrow Saturday which I thought I had rescheduled last week for Thursday April 13th. As if that isn't bad enough they asked for a different first name of Andrea and my daughter's name is Ariana also my Saturday appointment was for last Saturday not tomorrow.Not sure what is going on over there but they need to get organized. Not a good first impression at all and not once did anyone offer to try and correct this other then our next appointment is not until the 20 something of April. Very poor service

I just wanna know why tf I made an appointment at 10:30 and it’s 11:30 now and I’m still waiting in the waiting room. What tf is the point of making an appointment when they don’t even see you at that time.

Took almost three hours for exam and tried to over price my frames and lens . On top of that my eyeglass prescription was ineligible difficult to read numbers

Will never come to this doctor's office again very unprofessional and the front desk does not know how to read and order contacts the way a client orders the contacts very rude and unfriendly
