My dad goes here for his check up, the doctors are friendly and kind. They are on top of it! Very positive and that very comforting! Always making sure erryone gets a chance to get check! They gon take care of you for sure!
Dr Ng and staff are so polite and always make me feel so comfortable. I get anxious knowing that I have to get my eye injection but when I walk in they calm my fears with their caring attitude and always making sure I feel okay.
While on vacation on the big island, I experienced a retinal emergency that required immediate surgery. I reached out to the office when I noticed an issue, and they managed to see me within an hour. Dr. Ng rearranged his schedule and flew to Oahu to perform the surgery the very next afternoon. He was extremely thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure. The entire office staff and his associates offered outstanding service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this practice.
Been a patient of Dr. Ng for over 10 years. First met him when I had a sudden retina tear in my left eye. My ophthalmologist referred me to Dr. Ng. It was an emergency. Dr. Ng flew in from the Big Island handling other patients. Went to his office on Oahu at 7 pm. In addition to my left eye he found a hole in my retina of my right eye. Had retina laser surgery for both eyes that evening and have had no problems since then.
Dr Ng and Dr. Fujimoto are both excellent practitioners. I am especially pleased with the answers to my questions. I get information that actually helps. The staff is friendly and attentive to their patients needs.
