I've been going to Eurooptical for over 10 years, and they've always been amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about their customers. They take the time to answer questions, give honest advice, and make sure you leave with the right solution instead of trying to sell you something you don't need. It's hard to find this kind of personal service these days. They really treat you like a person, not just another customer. You can also get your DMV vision test there, and the whole process is quick and easy. Thank you for taking such great care of me over the years. I really appreciate everything you've done, and I highly recommend Eurooptical to anyone looking for a great optometrist and optical store.

Great experience here. I felt super welcomed and all staff made sure I felt comfortable including the doctor. Most thorough eye exam I’ve had it felt like she really cared. Doctor explained to me how my vision works clearly to me and took her time. Staff was welcoming and friendly! Wish they had more frames options included for the budget deal but I found what I was happy with!

Where do I even begin? My biggest concern with this place is the lack of transparency regarding pricing. The staff never explained what my insurance covered or that I could receive free glasses through my plan. Instead, they accepted my order and encouraged me to choose more expensive frames and add-ons without clearly explaining the additional charges. I was originally told the total would be around $400, but it ended up being nearly $500 because of fees that were never properly disclosed. They also did not provide me with an itemized receipt, making it difficult to understand exactly what I was paying for. I eventually had to call my insurance company myself just to find out what was actually covered. That should have been explained by the optical office from the beginning. After comparing prices with other optical stores in the neighborhood, I realized I paid significantly more than expected. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and lacked honesty and transparency. I would not recommend this optical to anyone looking for clear communication and fair pricing. Also, the time promised it’s beber that I waited close two 2 weeks

The staff dedicate a great deal of time to carefully advise and help in choosing the perfect glasses, paying attention to both comfort and style. The service was perfect in every respect — fast, efficient, and full of genuine commitment and care.

Second time getting optical services done in my lifetime, my first time with Euro Optical. Quick service and screening and friendly staff. Dr. Dao was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Glasses are a bit pricy but paired with insurance, the price can be reasonable.
