I have been going to Eurooptika for 2+ years now and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!! All associates are very pleasant and friendly. I have brought many other customers to their store. And everyone has loved it there!! On my first visit, I was shocked how much time Sasha had spent with me picking out various eyeglasses that he thought would look good on my face. And every one of them looked great on my face. I would like to thank Sasha & his associates for their help with my family and I. Also, thank you for taking great care of the friends & family I had sent to you for their eye care needs. They were extremely happy with the care they received and VERY happy with the prices!!!!!

Nice and friendly people. You don't wait long to see the doctor. They lost my file, I haven't seen the doctor in a little over a year and they asked me if I could stay to be seen by the doctor. Before I knew it I was on my way out the door putting a down payment for my new glasses

I was told that my eyeglasses were going to be ready within 10 days. However, time passed , no eyeglasses; the person who is responsable still was on vacation and will be probably back in 4 days. I wanted my refund , but their staff screamed at me, was extremely rude and disrespectful. They just told me they do not care about my problem and I should wait for that person. Please, stay away from this business. Finally, I got my glasses with another lenses instead of Zeiss High Index (initially I was told they will order Zeiss brand lenses from Germany ). I refused to accept them, and was told that they can refund only a half of my $240 deposite. Also I was told that it does not matter which brand a lab put into my glasses. I do not agree. So they took my $120 for nothing.

A wonderful full service facility. Drs. And opticians are very helpful and friendly. Takes professional care on every individual and took safe secure precautions with the pandemic.Fair pricing, Highly recommended.......
