2 - stars 1. for the nice staff 2. Clean environment My appt was for 11am. Arrived 10:45 am as a new patient. Paid for my meter for 1 hr. I was sitting in waiting area for 15 mins I asked at this point what time will I be seen. She mentioned at 11:15pm I will go in soon for my X-rays. After a while the girl struggling with the machine and seem uncertain on some things which got me Leary a bit. Once we all finished, she transfer me into another room by 11:35. I waited in that room for 10 mins. She told me the Dr running late. After 10 mins another employee arrived a dental hygienist. He started cleaning my teeth he is having an issue with an overly powered drill to clean my teeth, at this point I was more nervous and still after the cleaning the Dr still not here and it’s 12 pm at this point. The nice guy was apologetic and felt so bad he remained professional and understanding on my frustration on waiting over a hour and minutes for the Dr. it’s a level of professionalism people must maintain. I am here with an appointment .( I have to make it to work myself ). which I was very understanding for tardiness but over a hour and given minimal to incomplete service at her practice. I was offered to return another day to finish my full Exam, no way a 6 mth dental routine should require 2 days. This was disappointing and unacceptable from the Dr. The employees seem overwhelmed and fed up with dealing with a packed lobby and no doctors to review x-ray or provide in-depth dental treatment for patients whom are there for services. At this point I add to extended my meter to make sure of no tickets. Just waiting around after my appt time with no expectation but to come back another day. Smh … At the end I left at 12:23pm and yet still no Dr On the premises. No communication from the front desk atleast saying the DR was stuck in traffic or small detail on expected arrival time. Nothing !!! Just that Dr is late !!! Like how long we talking !!!! I tapped out after 1 hr plus mins Just call out at this point!!!

Stay away Stay Away they Dr. K seems to be a nice person but her practice is bad . Me and my sons fillings kept coming out. I went in there back in April because another dentist put the wrong temporary filling in and it was like cement instead of referring me to another dentist who could remove it properly she put a bulig hole in my tooth possibly the one next to it as well and then said I need a root canal but no root canal needed the other dentist claimed that as well but I never needed a root canal and I was in no pain before either of them worked in me. My filling start falling apart the gap the was the problem from the beginning no pain just food going up there causing discomfort was still not filled causing absences. My flippers dont fit. My son whatever filling they put in his mouth has come out he is autistic and needs crowns on those teeth this is horrible. The dentist allows her assistants to do the work in which be careful because my bite hadn't been right , my teeth changing color and other teeth being affected that had nothing to do with anything. I contacted them and stated I will have to file a lawsuit because I can't walk around with my tooth cutting my gum , tongue and lip. I didn't need any novacaine because my tooth wasn't hurting or infected now I need help and they are refusing to fix it properly and Im stating to think these dentists do stuff on purpose now to get money from insurance company and charge for work that unnecessary without really looking at the tooth. Like I said these people are not to be trusted and you talking about my insurance wouldn't pay for what y'all don't even do root canals at this office so miss please stop lying like I said don't trust anyone at this office and as far as my Son condition he don't really have to be referred out to no one he needed a crown put on his root canals and you cannot do that properly you put feelings on his mouth that chipped away they broke in the same thing for me it has nothing to do with anything and I'm not trying to bully anyone , all the females up there with the problem and unprofessional have a great day and great life like I said if you're a lawyer than contact my lawyer I definitely made a complaint with Keystone before I made this post and seems like your trying to intimidate me and slander my name by claiming I wanted something done for free. You sound crazy no attorney is getting on here saying anything. And breaking HIPPA regulations by discussing my son. I needed a night guard because of grinding my teeth at night and you guys never put in the request as far as I'm concerned 1600 for a night guard is totally crazy rather it's customized to my mouth or not and you gave me a different price before regardless if taxes went up it was no explanation for that they had nothing to do with what I came in there for right now I'm dealing with a feeling that is cutting up my mouth including my cheek and my tongue and I barely can eat right. I just miss myself from your offices and gave you the opportunity to fix what she messed up at the end of the day if she didn't know how to remove whatever the other dentist may have put in my mouth that shouldn't have been put in there in the first place that she shouldn't have touched my mouth she should have referred me to the proper dentist. Get now I got a big hole in my tooth and then she attached whatever she put in my mouth is another that I am going to end up having to pay for implant or an actual root canal because yall never filled my teeth properly she let her assistance work on people who are unprofessional and not licensed I tried to be nice , but making accusations and claiming to be an attorney is crazy and yes Im filing suit thought your customers should know what's going on look at the other reviews you'll see that a young lady was upset about her mother's partials not being correct and not Fitting right I had the same issue mine was too tight they didn't fit my mouth properly all of that get your sitting up here talking about somebody trying to bully you.

In all honesty and not out of maliciousness. I would not recommend anyone to come to this Dental Office. I came to the office, they cleaned my teeth improperly. I have red nicks on my gums and scrapes on my gum from where they made it bleed from trying to clean it. My teeth were not flossed. No toothpaste was used during the cleaning. I spoke with the receptionist and asked if the individual was a dental hygienist and they asked me “Why” I wanted to know. Later the manager would not answer the question. I told the manager I was displeased with what happened, how my gums bled, no X-rays were done etc.. and I would need to cancel my husband appointment if he was going to get the same service. She did not address my concerns at all. And then proceeded to tell me that if I was displeased then they recommend that I take my services somewhere else. This was the second person within the office who was very unprofessional. They did not do any XRays because their machine was broken. I asked them not to bill my insurance since the cleaning was done improperly leaving damage and the XRays were not taken. As I type, my gums are hurting. This warning is so that potential clients understand what they may be getting themselves into. Very saddened by this experience. Hope this helps someone.
