First appointment was fine, ordered glasses and they mentioned the doctor said my prescription was very different. Ordered glasses for around $300 after insurance. I did not add the progressive only because the person helping me said it wouldn’t make a difference. When the glasses came in, I tried to wear them but could not see well. Went back to see a different provider and was given a completely different prescription. Another $300 to add progressive (since now it will make a difference) and I still can’t see well AND the glasses are falling apart. I will go back to Walmart Vision Center for much less than $600.

Dr Randall and his staff (forgive me for not remembering all of their names) were absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the assistant and Office Manager (Dana) I could not have been in better hands. With my eyesight constantly changing, I have been unable to find the right Rx until now. Dr Randall was SO patient and would not let me leave until he knew I was happy with my contacts. I will refer this office to all of my friends and family• Don’t settle for So-So vision. Eye Associates of Lexington is the Best!! So good that I drive an hour to get there!

My husband and I have been patients at Eye Associates of Lexington for years and have been very happy! The entire staff is wonderful, but I especially want to sing praises for Kathy, the Office Manager. I usually need new glasses each year, but did not this time. I called later to order contacts, and she called back to make sure I knew that since I did not order glasses, our insurance would cover the cost. I did not know, so I am appreciative to Kathy for bringing it to my attention! Thank you, Kathy!

I had an excellent experience as a new patient here. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, and they got me in and out quickly for a contact lens exam. They addressed all of my needs and were very friendly.

I have gone to this office for over 10 years and the staff that is there is awesome. Pamela, Dana, Dawn, Kathy and Savannah never fail to give good customer service. My most recent experience I had purchased a set of glasses that I only had for 4 months that appear to be defective. They did not hesitate to offer me a replacement. Dr Randall has helped me with various metal conditions with my eye and when there was a problem he made sure I got immediate referral to have it checked out had an eye center that could perform this service. It is this reason that I continue to go back because whether it's my eyes or glasses or any issue they always take care of it with smiling faces. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone!!
