I have been a patient here for several years, and I continue to have excellent experiences every time I visit. I truly appreciate being called back on time by a courteous and professional team member and being able to see the doctor promptly. One of the things I value most is how efficient the appointments are. My visits are always thorough, yet completed in a reasonable amount of time. The optometrist was kind, knowledgeable, and never pressured me into purchasing glasses that I didn’t need, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the entire staff and facility provide outstanding service. I would gladly give them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Check- in was quick, the paper work was long, maybe because I was doing two sets, one for me and one for my husband. Met my new doctor and liked her very much. The staff that did other test for us was very nice and good at their jobs. I've been a patient here for many years. First with Dr Efrain. The lady that helped with the glasses were very helpful and good. I'll be back next time.

It is very frustrating to call your office and never get to a person. I actually got a person yesterday, who sent me to voicemail. Then when you leave a voicemail you NEVER get a return call. Last time i needed something i called 5 days in a row and never got a return call. When i finally did speak to someone i was told, we are very busy. No apology, no nothing, like it was my fault. So aggravated! I have always loved this office, have used it many years and many times, might be time to go elsewhere.

I would like to address my frustration and disappointment with the experience I have had attempting to schedule an appointment with your office. Since Tuesday, I have made multiple efforts to reach your team. I called and attempted to leave a voicemail, only to find that the mailbox was full. The outgoing message states that calls and messages will be returned within two business days, which is already a lengthy timeframe during normal operating hours. Unfortunately, even that expectation has not been met. I initially submitted my request for an appointment on Tuesday and was asked to provide additional information, which I promptly did. Since then, I have received no follow-up response despite three additional text attempts and three more phone calls. At this point, I feel completely disregarded as a patient. The lack of communication and accessibility is extremely concerning, especially when it comes to a healthcare provider. It leaves me questioning what level of responsiveness I could expect in the event of an urgent matter. Due to this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to your practice. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve communication and customer service for future patients.

I went here because I was unimpressed with a different eye care practice and what a world of difference. The appt was on time, got me right back to do the pre eye test things and Dr. Grant was right there to do his part. Got me fit up with the correct script right away (multifocal lenses which can be hard to dial in) Highly recommend!
