Everyone was friendly and professional. Visiting doctors office can be stressful but I was very comfortable Visiting Eye Associates for my eye check up. I do have a suggestion though. I would appreciate a text or email reminder a couple of days prior to my appointment to plan for the visit.
The front desk at Eye Associates Northwest is exceptional. They always try to accommodate the patient if in scheduling or insurance issues. And Dr. Wilbanks is tops. He's very professional yet has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend Eye Associates Northwest.
My annual check ups at Eye Associates are easy and thorough. I’m pre-diabetic so it’s good to stay on top of things, and the doctor is energetic and informative. Highly recommend.
I have been a patient at Eye Associates NW for a couple of decades. They have always provided good care. I would give them 5 stars, but they have changed their hours and are no longer open on Saturdays. This forces you to go to the ER and then you are not able to get the eye care that you might need.
Multiple appointments are three locations. Cataract surgery, both eyes. All handled with professionalism, compassion and efficiency. I am immensely grateful to Dr.Wilbanks and his team.
