Dr. Christopher B. Otto is amazing. He’s very thorough, patient, and really takes his time to check everything in detail. I’ve been to other clinics before, but the care here at Highland Vision Clinic is on another level. Highly recommend!
I went for an eye exam today for the first time. My insurance changed and Highland Vision was on the approved list and very close by. Amazing experience all around! Great customer service and the exam was very thorough. Dr.Otto is excellent, took his time and made sure I understood everything. Highly recommend this clinic. 🙂
Good range of hours. Multiple doctors who can see you in a pinch. Decent selection of eyeglass frames. Seem up to date with diagnostic machines. Smooth billing experiences. Reception desk generally pleasant to work with. Parking is usually available.
Friendly and helpful staff. No waiting for assistance. The technicians were professional and friendly, providing clear instructions. The doctor is outstanding. He took the time to explain the results and provided pictures of past and current test results. There was plenty of time for my questions and I never felt rushed.
I enjoy coming here. I moved out of the area and still make appts every year. I now drive an hour to come to my appts. They are very thorough and have up to date equipment. The staff are all pleasant and easy to work with.
