Great experience with the DR and with the sales lady. I do have to say I went there because they were listed as one of the top places by my eye Insurance. I need very expensive progressive lenses and the quote I got was out-of-pocket $800 after using my insurance. I should’ve asked them what a cash pay price would be because I ended up going somewhere else that did not take my insurance and I only had to pay half of what the out-of-pocket portion was so that’s my only negative experience which may be due to insurance. The staff and facility is awesome. Ask about cash pay first

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The Dr. made you feel very at ease as he tells you about what is taking place, even used some humor to make you laugh. Highly recommend this office for all your eye care needs!

I had a perfect visit. From the moment I was welcomed into the shop by Costan, my initial screen with Madison, my exam with the doctor and then working out my glasses with Costan was a great experience. Everyone aided in the visit being professional and informative. I would recommend this Lens Crafters for its excellent service. I am looking forward to my new glasses. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience! They were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Arafat provided an excellent eye exam. He really took the time to explain where my vision was for my age (glaucoma/cataract) and what to do going forward.

My visit to Eye Associates of Charleston in West Ashley was very pleasant and thorough. The customer service was excellent, the facility is beautiful and the price of my eyewear was affordable. I definitely recommend it.
