They do not answer the phone and do not respond to voicemails in a timely manner. I was scheduled for a procedure and had to wait 3 months. 10 days (July 31st) before they called me and canceled. The person on the call said I don’t need the surgery - even though they are not authorized to say that - someone will be in touch. Didn’t tell me why, just I don’t need it. I have left 3 voicemails for them, including one directly with the surgical scheduling team, and I still have not heard back and it’s closing time on August 5th. Given the repeated history of this issue in the reviews, apparently they are not interested in fixing the issues. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Poor service! I went there for an eye injury because they were the only doctor’s office that had an immediate opening. I got someone to drive me right away and headed down. They said I would be seen right away but there was a wait (probably 20 minutes). I was just so happy my eye was going to be looked at I didn’t care. When the doctor arrived she seemed nice at first but it became quite obvious she was rushing through the motions. At the end of the appointment I explained I needed a doctor’s note and asked if I could have that day and the next off. She said I’d be fine and gave me just the day off (keep in mind I told her I hadn’t slept in two days from the pain in my eye). The next day I was in such pain I had to use PTO to stay home. My eye couldn’t handle lights. I spent the first three days after my appointment sitting inside my house with the curtains drawn. I had a followup appointment today. I was called a few hours before my appointment if I could take an earlier appointment to help out with their schedule. I didn’t really want to but to be accommodating I asked my boss if I could leave a little early and rescheduled for 2pm. I arrived my new appointed time ten minutes early and filled out the paperwork. Once I made it to the room I sat waiting for over a half hour for the doctor. I had a family emergency last night so I had hardly any sleep so I wanted to just go to my appointment and go back home instead I wasted over an hour of my time on the eye appointment, lost hours at work, and still have to book another eye appointment at a different eye doctor. I ended up leaving after I spent an additional ten minutes waiting in the check out line for an appointment I didn’t end up getting. I was not charged but it’s the principle. Will not be coming back to see Dr. Pao again. All the other staff are very friendly and helpful.
The optometrist at eye associates are fantastic. Dr Walker and Dr Palandjian are wonderful. The eye wear selection is second to none with helpful opticians to make sure you get the right pair or pairs of glasses that "FIT" your needs. See what I did there friends haha. Honestly they are a fantastic group you deeply care about your eyes and offer advice to help see and keep your sight to the best of their abilities. Listen , there are no real guarantees in this life. But when you have concerns you want to go to the right people for help. Start here. Bless you all.
The office seldom answers calls and you’re lucky if they return your call. I requested a prior authorization for an eye drop. They did not do that in a timely manner so my insurance denied my medication. Now I have to jump through hoops to get it again.
Eye Associates Never answers the phone. It is always a recording that gives the option to leave your name and number for a return call. The return call Never comes. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I like the eye doctors. I addition, their lenses and frame costs are extremely high. I am looking for a new eye care provider.
